Alamo Offers Great American Rates -And All the Miles are Free!-

    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--Sept. 26, 2001--In an effort to help jump-start a stalled travel industry, Alamo Rent A Car recently announced Great American Rates with free unlimited mileage.
    Great American Rates are available at more than 600 Alamo facilities nationwide including all airport-serving and neighborhood locations. These rates, which are valid through December 25, 2001, are for a variety of car sizes. Travelers can rent a compact car for just $20 per day, a midsize for $30 per day, or a SUV, minivan, or premium car for just $40 per day. Weekly rates are also available at similar savings. Concession recoupment fees of up to 12% may be added to the rental rates at some on-airport locations. Up to 10% may be added to the rental rates if you rent at an off-airport location and exit on our shuttle bus. Renter must meet standard age, driver and credit requirements. Rates higher for drivers under age 25 at airport-serving locations. Drivers must be at least age 25 for neighborhood rental locations, excluding New York, where drivers must be at least age 18. 24-hour advance reservation required.
