LAFORZA Automobiles Announces Letter of Intent for the Distribution Rights to Mexico

    ESCONDIDO, Calif.--Feb. 21, 2002--LAFORZA Automobiles Inc. ( today announced that LAFORZA Distributors Inc. has signed a Letter of Intent with Giuseppe Risi and his affiliated companies (RISI) for the distribution rights for LAFORZA vehicles for the Country of Mexico and for the United States Dealerships for the trade areas of Houston and Dallas Texas.
    RISI is the Ferrari and Maserati dealer in Dallas and Houston Texas. RISI is the president of the United States Ferrari/Maserati Dealer Council and is the owner of RISI Competezione, the world-renowned Ferrari racing team.
    RISI observed the introduction of the 2003 Model year of the LAFORZA PSV(TM) at the Mexico City Auto Show and states that "There was tremendous enthusiasm and interest for this breakthrough Personal Security Vehicle which was a deciding factor in my decision to join the LAFORZA team."

    Additionally, under the terms of the LOI, RISI will serve as an advisor to the Board of Directors of LAI. RISI has broad experience in the following areas:

    1. Introduction of new models of vehicles and gauging public
    reaction to those vehicles.

    2. Knowledge of the relationship between vehicle manufacturers
    and dealer networks.

    3. Direct and indirect relationships with premium dealers and
    distributors around the world.

    4. Public relations and promotion of vehicles through
    advertising, racing, and public forum presentations.
