There's nothing stopping the Ford F-Series from being number one. April marked its eighth month on top of Overall Favorite Vehicles, and it has dominated Trucks for more than two years.

After a six-month absence from the pole position in Cars, the Honda Civic surged from fourth place in March to first in April. It also placed second in Overall Favorites.

The Ford Explorer is the leader among SUVs, holding first place for the ninth straight month. The Honda CR-V took second, its highest ever in SUVs.

The Honda Odyssey has moved beyond just being the favorite Minivan. It's now a tough contender in Overall Favorites, finishing seventh in April.
