Quack Quack - Festival Gears Up for Another Record Breaking Year

LOS ANGELES, May 22 Record breaking attendance is predicted for this year's 8th Annual Ducks Unlimited Great Outdoors Festival presented by Suzuki. The Festival will host a variety of activities during the 2002 event, scheduled for Friday, May 31st through June 2nd at the Agricenter International in Memphis, Tenn. This year's event will include more fun for the entire family.

Whether you like to hunt, fish, shoot, camp, hike, bike or all of the above, you don't want to miss this year's Festival featuring several interactive sporting villages dedicated to different outdoor sports and related activities. Novice and experienced outdoor enthusiasts alike will have the opportunity to try their hand at various outdoor challenges under the guidance of skilled instructors and test the latest outdoor products in true-to-life conditions. Festival participants will also have the opportunity to buy equipment and clothing at the Exhibitor Village, where many of the nation's premier outdoor product manufacturers will be on hand. Advance discount tickets are available at participating Mid-South Chevy Dealers for $10/adult and $5/child (6-12). Tickets at the gate are $12/adult and $6/child (6-12). Children 5 and under and dogs on a lead are admitted to the Festival at no charge. Also new this year to the Festival, Friday evening only -- event discount tickets are half price ($6/adult and $3/child) from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
