Jeep Sponsors Mountain Bike Event : 24 Hours of Adrenalin

WINDSOR, ON, May 29 /CNW/ - Jeep today announced it is teaming up with Trilife Sports International to present 24 Hours of Adrenalin(TM), an appropriately-named mountain bike relay event where teams of up to 10 people, or solo riders, race to complete as many laps as possible in a 24 hour time frame. 24 Hours of Adrenalin(TM) is one of the fastest growing mountain bike events in North America and is designed to accommodate riders of all skill levels. "Jeep is synonymous with adventure and the great outdoors. Infused with Jeep DNA and a go-anywhere, do anything attitude... If mountain biking on the roughly 18km course isn't your sport, you can chill out at Jeep Expo, a themed camp area offering a Jeep product display, literature and information kiosk, as well as a chance to play the new Jeep 4x4 EVO2 game. Jeep Expo will serve as a base camp for the weekend, promising energetic music and a lively atmosphere. Attendees can win Jeep prizes for participating in unique contests like the "Jeep Liberty Challenge," a timed radio-control Jeep Liberty-model race on a traditional Jeep obstacle-course, complete with rocks and other natural materials... Contestants can also try their luck at many more fun activities, like Jeep Trivia Pursuit, Jeep 24 seconds of Adrenalin and Jeep Bike Skills Challenge to name a few.

To further support Jeep's involvement in 24 Hours of Adrenalin(TM) and to keep the excitement alive, a micro-site will be developed to include Jeep extreme biking tips, the 24 Hours of Adrenalin(TM) event schedule and the Jeep Expo activities schedule over the course of the five events. Digital photos of the events, its participants and Jeep vehicles will be taken and posted on the site and will be accessible for download to friends (viral enabled) and family. Other images will also be available for use as wallpaper or screen savers.
