Name Change of Colonel's Truck Accessories to Rugged Liner Inc.

OWOSSO, Mich., July 2 Sports Resorts International, Inc. (the "Company") announces that on June 26, 2002 the Company's Board of Directors unanimously approved the name change of its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Colonel's Truck Accessories, Inc. (CTA) to Rugged Liner, Inc.

The Board of Directors approved the name change as part of a recently announced initiative to manufacture high quality vehicle cargo management systems to include drop-in bedliners and hard tonneau covers for original equipment manufacturers (OEM) installation.

CTA was established in 1995 to meet the demand for high quality drop in bedliners for OEM and the automotive aftermarket business. CTA manufactures approximately 90 different bedliners to fit a variety of vehicle models including Daimler Chrysler AG, General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Company and Toyota Motor Company.

Currently, the Company through its wholly-owned subsidiaries manufactures and markets high quality drop-in bedliners for the multi-million dollar OEM and automotive aftermarket business and owns and operates Brainerd International Raceway, Inc., an 800-acre multi-purpose motor sports facility located near Brainerd, Minn.
