NADAguides Is Cruisin' to Fight Prostate Cancer Sponsors Classic Car and Motorcycle Charity Event

COSTA MESA, Calif., Sept. 20 -- NADAguides ( www.NADAguides.com ), the nation's leading vehicle information resource on the Web, is geared up and ready to help sponsor one of the largest fundraisers of its kind in an effort to support prostate cancer research. This marks the third year the company will provide sponsorship assistance to help fight prostate cancer.

The event, appropriately dubbed Cruisin' for a Cure, is set for Saturday, September 28, 2002 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Orange County Fairgrounds and Expo Center in Costa Mesa, California.

Among a list of major sponsors including Ford Motor Company, Dodge, Meguiar's, Cragar, California Speedway, Richard Hibbard Chevrolet and American Racing, NADAguides will donate a roster of its products and services in an effort to support research for an epidemic that kills over 100 American men every day.

At the fundraiser, nearly 3,000 specialty vehicles, including all-American street rods, customs, muscle cars, Corvettes, Mustangs, PT Cruisers, trucks and more than 2,000 motorcycles will be on display for the general public. The entrants will compete for trophies in 80 categories, as well as the grand prize of a complete engine with a transmission, drivelines, and an alarm system included. KinderVision will be on hand from noon until 3:00 PM at the K-Earth 101 booth to show free child safety videos. There will also be a free PSA blood screening for men over the age of 40. 100% of all entry fees and donations go to the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation for prostate cancer research.
