Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Auctions Stage Struck Car

    CLEVELAND--March 17, 2003--

Auction to Benefit Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum's Educational Fund

    The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum today announced that its third annual benefit, "No speeches, No Tuxes ... It's Only Rock and Roll," would include a 2003 Nissan 350Z(R) in the auction portion of the evening. The event will take place at the Cleveland Convention Center in the Public Hall on Friday, March 21, 2003 at 7:00 p.m.
    The Z, with the coveted VIN 000006, was an official attraction on the Z Tour having been featured at each concert, which toured the country last summer. The Z Tour was a series of free music concerts staged in unexpected places nationwide. The winning bidder not only receives one of the first 2003 Zs produced but will also receive the official Z Tour autograph book with photos and signatures of the Z Tour artists, including Eve, Stone Temple Pilots, Puddle of Mudd and 311.
    The Z is a Touring Model equipped with 287 horsepower, 3.5L DOHC V6 engine, close-ratio six-speed manual transmission, Bose(R) 6-CD changer audio system and perforated leather seats. The manufacturer's suggested retail price for this vehicle is $34,421.00.
    Music and car enthusiasts may submit silent bids, available at www.rockhall.com, by fax to (216) 515-1500 or by courier attention to the auction at Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, One Key Plaza, Cleveland, OH 44114. Bids will be accepted beginning March 14, 2003 and ending Thursday, March 20, 2003 at 12:00 noon. Tickets for the event are available through Ticketmaster or the Museum Box Office for $50.
    The auction will be conducted with reserve and shall forewarn prospective bidders that they must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release prior to delivery. Copies of the Affidavit are available on location and can be downloaded from the Museum's web site, www.rockhall.com.
