Jack L. Slinger Joins Holley as Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing

BOWLING GREEN, Ky., June 2 -- Jack L. Slinger has joined the Holley Group of Companies as Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing. Jack will report directly to the Chairman and CEO of the Holley Group and manage the Company's sales, marketing, product management, customer service, call center and technical services activities. Four executives will report directly to Jack: Shane Weckerly as Director - Product Management; Jason Bruce as Marketing Manager; Bill Lehman as Sales Manager; and Lisa Cawley as Manager - Marketing Services.

As Executive Vice President, Jack will be responsible for developing and deploying sales, marketing, product, and growth strategies across all business units to achieve exceptional organic growth; prosecuting strategic acquisitions and product line extensions; and along with others of the senior management team, developing and deploying enterprise strategies that achieve exceptional and consistent stakeholder value growth.

Jack Slinger is a high-performance, results-oriented leader who comes well prepared to meet the challenges at Holley. He has proven success in developing winning strategies for growth and profitability, has broad-based skills in sales management and business development, and is an innovative problem solver. His educational credentials are first rate as well, having earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Jack honed his credentials by advancing through jobs of increasing responsibility at Kraft Foods, Schrader Inc., and at Hewlett-Packard where he was most recently Director of Global Sales and Marketing. He has considerable experience in the automotive supplier business as well, where he was Vice President of Sales and Business Development for the Stant-Schrader Group of the Gates Corporation.
