Racing Radios Welcomes Nextel to the NASCAR Family

RACING RADIOS JOINS INDUSTRY IN WELCOMING NEXTEL TO THE NASCAR FAMILY

June 20, 2003 (Hampton, GA) - Racing Radios is excited about the NASCAR
Nextel announcement, and the potential it represents for advancements and
opportunities in communications and information distribution in motorsports.
Our company has led the industry in two-way communications for the
motorsports environment since its inception. Projects already in the
development stages, as well as newly conceived projects, will enhance the
communications used by the motorsports industry, as well as by spectators.
We are looking forward to the innovation and development that will
inevitably occur with the collaboration of the frontrunners in any given
field.

Racing Radios' involvement with NASCAR and its Premier, Grand National and
Elite Divisions as its Official Provider of Two-Way Communications is 25
years strong. Our Chief Executive Officer and founder, John Thornton, joins
the industry in congratulating NASCAR and Nextel on the beginning of a great
relationship, and looks forward to supporting NASCAR, Nextel, the racing
community and it's great fans in 2004 and beyond.

"It's going to be good," Thornton said. "I don't know what Racing Radios'
complete role will be, but I've been a part of NASCAR for over 25 years, and
I've had a call from NASCAR assuring me that we'll be part of this deal."
