July 4th Celebration at Volo Auto Museum

VOLO, Ill., June 25 -- Join the Volo Auto Museum on July 4th Weekend to celebrate our freedom and honor those who have fought so hard to help us keep that freedom. As a tribute to our veterans, a special military display and presentation will take place all throughout the weekend (July 4, 5, & 6) with a real M3 Stuart Tank showcased in the Museum's courtyard along with a WWII Military Police Jeep fully equipped with an actual 50-caliber machine gun. But don't worry, it's only loaded with blanks. All through Independence Day Weekend the Volo Auto Museum will be holding live demonstrations of the jeep so the crowd can get a real sense of the power and magnitude of the old-fashioned weaponry, so bring your earplugs & cameras!

And on Saturday, July 5th, the Chicagoland Military Vehicle Club will be hosting a military vehicle show at the Volo Auto Museum, featuring military bikes, jeeps, and trucks that will be proudly displayed in the Museum's courtyard. Don't miss this rare chance to see history come alive at the Volo Auto Museum!
