DaimlerChrysler Services Truck Finance Offers Online Payments To Commercial Vehicle Customers

- Online Payments Through DCSTrucks.com - Maximizes Synergies Across the Brands of DaimlerChrysler Services

LISLE, Ill., Sept. 18 -- DaimlerChrysler Services (DCS) Truck Finance, a business unit of DaimlerChrysler Services North America, is offering its customers the ease of online payments through its Web site DCSTrucks.com . This new feature, called EasyPayment, is the first of its kind to be offered by a commercial vehicle division of a captive finance provider.

Since its launch, in July 2003, the site has experienced a consistent increase in usage resulting in the processing of more than $1.5 million in transactions. In addition to making payments online, customers can also view previous payments and account status information.

EasyPayment was implemented as a result of the synergies identified across the brands of DaimlerChrysler Services. The system utilizes technology currently being used by Chrysler Financial and Mercedes-Benz Credit.
