Range Rover Named Most Delightful SUV by Strategic Vision

IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 13, 2004 -- For the second year in a row, Land Rover's Range Rover has been recognized by California-based consumer research company Strategic Vision, Inc. The company announced recipients of the "Total Delight Index" (TDI) award and Range Rover obtained the highest score of all trucks surveyed.

The TDI is a very stringent, sensitive metric that concentrates on the consumer's total product satisfaction. "This newly-designed revolutionary tool stretches beyond mere consumer satisfaction and evokes a more positive, emotional response," said Daniel Gorrell, vice president, Strategic Vision.

The 2004 Range Rover HSE and the limited edition Westminster model are available through a network of 154 North American retail outlets.

The HSE has an MSRP of $72,250, an increase of $385 over the 2003 model, and the limited edition Westminster carries an MSRP of $84,000. Both figures include destination and delivery charges. The price also includes Roadside Assistance and complimentary scheduled maintenance during the 4-year/50,000 miles warranty period.
