UBS Motor Cars Under the Stars With Manet to Benefit United Cerebral Palsy

   Place: Philadelphia Museum of Art

   Event: Outdoor display of classic antique and modern-day luxury motor
          cars with owners explaining the craftsmanship involved in
          restoring old cars to valuable antiques, highlighted by a private
          tour of Manet paintings -- all benefiting United Cerebral Palsy of
          Philadelphia and Vicinity.  This will also be the Philadelphia
          area's premier showing of the new 2005 Jaguar XKR and the 2005
          Jaguar S-Type as well as the premier showing of the 2005 Land
          Rover LR3.  The Maybach 57 arrives from the NY auto show.

   On hand for interviews will be:

Classic antique motor car owners to explain the history of the restoration of their vintage cars. Representatives of Delaware Valley Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships to discuss details of their new 2004 and 2005 motor cars on display.

Bob Hall of UBS Financial Services Inc., Co-Chairman of the UBS hosted event, to outline plans for the Second Annual UBS Motor Cars Under the Stars with Dali, May 2, 2005.

Rick Comfort, Regional Manager of Mercedes-Benz USA, and Jeff Tolerico, Northern Regional Manager of Jaguar and Land Rover; to discuss the outlook for luxury car sales and designs.

Roger Ballou, Chairman of CDI Corporation, and this year's United Cerebral Palsy special honoree.

And because the event directly supports the important work of United Cerebral Palsy of Philadelphia & Vicinity, Steve Sheridan, Executive Director, Rachel Crossot, Public Relations Coordinator and Willa Kravitz, Director of Development, to discuss the difference being made in the lives of children and adults with disabilities through program enhancements and improvements to the facility as a result of this evening "under the stars."

  At 7:30 p.m. there will be private tours of the Manet and the Sea exhibit
