Green Tint On Honda Windows? Can You Help A Fellow TACH'er?

Alright, there is a very big possibility that you will be unable to help me. I don't know how anyone can find anything on the internet. I am looking for an address that I can write to. I want to write to the official Honda Factory. Or the people in charge of glass at the factory. The address to honda customer service will not help me. I've already talked with them. I need information on the "green" tint that is integrated into my windows. The green tint that is "naked to the human eye", according to costomer service. I want to know why I can't see it. I want to know it's purpose. I want to know why the sticker on my car is the only mention of green tint, whereas every other site, covering the features of my new civic just say tint, or tint on cabin. Why don't they talk about invisible green in the window? If you can help me. Please email me back. If you have no idea, nothing that will help me, then don't waste your time emailing me back.
