-- Demonstration of TAA's GPS Technology To Be Held at Predators May 23rd Game --

Teen Arrive Alive(SM)(TAA) - a company dedicated to saving lives by encouraging safe driving habits among teens - will be demonstrating its products using advanced GPS technology that can track a teen driver's speed, direction and location at the Sunday, May 2, 20043, 2004 Orlando Predators arena-football game against the NY Dragons.

Teen Arrive Alive's subscription-based products immediately alert parents via phone or computer of unsafe teen driving. Media and the public are invited to see a live demo at the Orlando Predators/NY Dragons AFL game. In addition to the demo, TAA spokesperson and Top 3 American LeMans Series race car driver Jason Workman will be on hand to explain the products and support the cause of improving teen driving safety.

"We're pleased to be a part of this important initiative to save teen lives," said Robert Gries, Partner, Orlando Predators. "The more tools available that can help both parents and teens improve their driving habits, the better."

"According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 1 in 20 teens is fatally or seriously injured in a motor vehicle crash and -- on average -- at least 22 teens die each day in a motor vehicle crash," stated Rob Berry, Executive Vice President and Founder, TAA. "Our mission at TAA is to provide products that help parents monitor their teens while driving and offer positive reinforcement and rewards to teens who drive safely."

To date, the following organizations have committed to support the efforts of Teen Arrive Alive by providing rewards, financial or other support:

-- American LeMans Series

About Teen Arrive Alive(SM)

Automobile accidents are the #1 cause of death among young people. Teen Arrive Alive (TAA) is dedicated to saving lives by encouraging safe driving habits among teens. TAA's teen-customized decal program is an improvement on commercial "How's My Driving?" programs which receive over 3 million calls per year and have been proven to reduce accidents 32% to 58%. TAA has also harnessed advanced GPS and software technology to affordably connect parents to their teen drivers and pre-teen children. Parents can call a TAA dedicated line 24 x 7 to access their teen or pre-teen's location, direction and speed - or access the TAA website to monitor teens in real-time. TAA's decal program features a reward system where teens demonstrating safe driving can win computers, free gas for a year, or even new cars. The Company is headquartered in Bradenton, Florida.
