  TOPIC: In an effort to reduce the number of auto crashes resulting from fatigued drivers, the Texas Department of Transportation plans to set up free wireless Internet access at rest stops and travel centers to persuade drivers to take more breaks, according to an article by The Associated Press. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports 1,500 people die each year in the United States due to fatigued motorists. The department started researching Wi-Fi hotspots last fall and plans to choose a vendor in July of this year.
