Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure Announces Racing Events Sold Out Until March of 2005

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 23 -- The Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure (BULLETIN BOARD: DJRT) announced today that it has essentially sold out all remaining dates on the 2004 schedule as well many others extending into the 2005 season.

"The incredible demand for our superior product has allowed us to redefine our strategy for next year which in turn will permit a much higher level of organic growth. Accordingly, we are increasing our track dates by 50% and adding to our fleet of race cars in order to maintain our commitment to a superior product," commented Tim Shannon, CEO.

"As our revenues surpass $3,000,000 this next calendar year, as a result of meeting this demand, we expect our profit margins will continue to improve as they have in the past. Additionally, thanks to careful planning, our infrastructure is already in place so we expect to experience only a very modest increase in General and Administrative expenses over the coming year. The combination of a significant increase in revenues, continuing improvements in margins along with a steady G & A will allow us to deliver positive earnings to our shareholders in this fiscal year."

Commenting further on these developments Shannon said, "The best possible situation for a company is to create the demand then intelligently build the company to support that demand. Our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our delivery system has created this demand and we are well prepared to profitably expand to accommodate it. The increased dates will be highly focused on the areas of greatest profitability within our existing schedule."

"This weekend The Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure hosted another sellout crowd at the Kansas Speedway where we provided hundreds of our guests the experience of a lifetime," said Ken Mosby, Senior Instructor.

Nextel Cup Champions Dale and Ned Jarrett, NFL MVP Brett Favre and ARCA series driver Jason Jarrett represent the school. Former Winston Cup Driver and National TV Announcer Glenn Jarrett is Vice-President of Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure, Inc. and involved in all aspects of the company.

DJRT is the only publicly traded driving school in the country and is dedicated to increasing shareholders' investment value by providing our guests with the most professional and aggressive driving school in the world.
