Reg Technologies, Inc. Announces Canadian Patent Issued for the Rand Cam Rotary Engine

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--Nov. 3, 2004--Reg Technologies, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RRE) (OTCBB:REGRF) is pleased to announce that the Canadian Patent was issued October 5, 2004. The term of the patent is twenty years from the date of the filing on December 11, 1992.

The Rand Cam(TM) engine is a light weight rotary engine that has only two moving parts: the vanes (up to 12) and the rotor. This revolutionary design makes it possible to produce a total of 24 power impulses per one rotation. The multi-purpose Rand Cam(TM) engine is currently in development as an unmanned aerial vehicle application for the military. It is also being developed for generator applications, hybrid electric cars, and for residential homes.
