Satelinx to Distribute Its Tracking Units Through Ultracar

MONTREAL--Dec. 2, 20041, 2004--Satelinx International Inc. (OTC: SLXI), a global provider of satellite vehicle tracking, announced today that the company has signed a distribution agreement with Ultracar, one of Montreal's prominent auto modification companies, which caters to high end vehicle owners.

Under the terms of the distribution agreement, Ultracar will sell and install the units and expects to distribute a minimum of 400 tracking units in 2005 representing sales of $200,000 USD in the first year and yearly recurring revenues of $78,000 USD.

Once all technical training is completed, Ultracar will become the second Premium Installation facility in Canada. "We are very satisfied with the outcome of our sales agreement with Ultracar, we believe that 400 units is only the beginning of our great relationship," said Nicolas Anthis, Vice-President of Satelinx International Inc. "We strongly believe that Ultracar will surpass this initial target by far since they perform services on over 10,000 cars per year," further added Mr. Anthis.
