Official Launch of New American Car Company: FISKER COACHBUILD, LLC.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Jan. 17, 2005 -- Henrik Fisker and Bernhard Koehler announce the opening of a new luxury car company, FISKER COACHBUILD, based in Southern California to appeal to the global market.

The objective of FISKER COACHBUILD is to combine beautiful design with existing world-class engineering. The focus will be on designing and manufacturing exclusive high-end sports cars, which will be limited to 150 units per design and sold under the Fisker brand name.

These high-end sports cars will be designed and produced in Southern California with world-wide distribution. The designs will boast all of Fisker's creative efforts over the past 15 years in the auto industry and will incorporate a number of dynamic elements. Koehler's 25 years of expertise in 3D development and product quality will guarantee a smooth stream between the design and manufacturing process.

The first public unveiling of the new designs will be scheduled towards the end of 2005. Prospects will be called together at various events in order to gauge interest with production to commence during the second quarter 2006.

FISKER COACHBUILD is a privately owned company with the majority held by the founders Henrik Fisker (Chief Executive Officer) and Bernhard Koehler (Chief Operating Officer). Financial support was received through a group of international investors.

HENRIK FISKER: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, FISKER COACHBUILD

Since August 2003, Henrik Fisker was the Director of Ford's Global Advanced Design Studio (CAPC) in Irvine, California. Fisker also held the prominent position of Director of Design for Aston Martin and sat as a member of the Board of Directors at Aston Martin since August 2001.

Fisker was responsible for the Design of the Aston Martin DB-9, as well as the show-car and upcoming production car, the Aston Martin AM-V8 Vantage.

Other responsibilities incorporated during tenure at Ford Motor Company included Fisker heading up as creative director of Ingeni -- Ford Motor Company's London-based design and creativity center -- from 1 September 2001 through 1 August 2003.

Prior to joining Ford Motor Company & Aston Martin, the Danish designer was president and chief executive officer of Designworks/USA, a subsidiary of BMW headquartered in Newbury Park, Calif., with a European office in Munich, Germany. Under Fisker's direction, the industrial design firm created a variety of concept cars and products for companies spanning the globe -- including office organizers, mobile phones, bicycle seats and snowboard graphics.

Previous to his appointment at Designworks/USA in January 2000, Fisker was a designer for BMW AG, which is the design headquarter for BMW.

Amid other projects, from 1992 to 1997, Fisker designed the exterior of the Z07 concept car which was showcased at the 1997 Tokyo Motor Show. The exterior of the production Z8 roadster, which was launched in 1999, was also debuted.

From 1989 to 1992, Fisker worked as a designer at BMW Technik GmbH, BMW's advanced design studio in Munich.

  He was born in Denmark August 10th, 1963.

       BERNHARD KOEHLER: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, FISKER COACHBUILD

Since January 2004 Bernhard Koehler held the position as the Director of Business and Operations within Ford's Global Advanced Design Studio (CAPC) in Irvine, California. He held responsibilities for management and allocation of resources, establishment of robust work plans with timing deliverables and metrics, finance and budget planning, articulation of a vision for the business of design within Ford Motor Company in North America. Koehler also held responsibility to cascade and communicate this plan to the program teams, the supply base and dealers.

Born in May 1964 in Germany Koehler pursued his interests in design. Koehler completed business school in 1980 and immediately pursued a career with BMW AG in September 1980.

He went on to earn a degree as a sculptor in 1984 and started at BMW Design in the same year. In 1989 Koehler formed a training studio for modelling techniques and technologies at BMW and trained young design talents through 1997. He led several show-car projects, such as the Mini Monte-Carlo concept vehicle and the BMW Motorcycle "Cruiser" sidecar project.

Bernhard moved to Los Angeles, California in 1997 and took the position of Director of 3D Services at Designworks USA. The role was to integrate and implement BMW quality standards and to establish a manufacturer and supplier network. In 1999, Koehler was promoted to Director of Operations at Designworks and was responsible for the overall project and capacity planning.

In January 2002, Bernhard moved to London and joined Ford Motor Company as the Director for New Business Development at ingeni. He was responsible for the design centre's revenue targets for Ford Motor Company and other non-Ford clients. During the same time, Koehler was the manager responsible for Aston Martin's modelling and operations for design and concept, which includes the DB-9 and the AM-V8 Vantage.
