NOVATO, Calif.--Feb. 1, 20050, 2005--iCarMagic LLC, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) software provider, today announced that it has entered into an exclusive reseller agreement with Vehix.com, a leading automotive sales program and portal that provides consumers with a one-stop source of vehicle research information to facilitate the purchase process. Under the terms of the agreement, Vehix.com will exclusively offer a private label version of iCarMagic's iCarConnect software suite to its network of over 1,300 franchised automobile dealers.

The iCarConnect CRM Suite is designed to bridge the gap between automobile dealers and their online customers. iCarConnect integrates prospect and customer information from over 500 online sources including showroom, telephone and Internet leads into a single, easy-to-use system that even the most novice car salesperson can use effectively.
