Lake Pleasant Taken over by Cycle de Mayo Event

PEORIA, Ariz.--April 13, 2005--Cinco De Mayo weekend will never be the same in Arizona! Thousands of people daily will take over Lake Pleasant May 5-8. The purpose: to participate in the first-time-ever Cycle De Mayo festival that benefits the Make A Wish Foundation.

Spearheaded by producers and visionaries Andrew Wise and Nino Albanese of Albanese & Wise Promotions LLC, Cycle De Mayo will prove to be a one-of-a-kind event this year! "The Mexican-themed event will start out with a hot Latin flare on Cinco de Mayo day with the LA Mombo Combo Band and the Samba Dancers performing sizzling hot performances. Other exciting activities planned include such events as Soft Tail Biker Fashion Show, Dyno-Drags, Motorcycle Stunt Teams and much, much more!" stated Wise.

Among the daily activities is a $1,000,000 Texas Hold'em Charity Tournament. Participants will choose entry-level options in order to be part of the tournament scheduled for Saturday, May 7, 2005 at 5 p.m. Proceeds from the entire Cycle De Mayo Event will benefit the Make A Wish Foundation.
