AAA Texas Names Mark Bell Regional Vice President and General Manager

IRVING, Texas--May 1, 20053, 2005--AAA Texas announced today the appointment of Mark Bell as Regional Vice President and General Manager, effective immediately.

Bell will oversee operations of the organization, including its 23 district offices in Texas.

Previously, Bell had been the managing director of AAA Texas since 1998. He began his career with AAA in 1969, rising through the ranks with positions of responsibility in Travel, Insurance, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources to his most recent position at AAA Texas.

Bell said, "I am enthusiastic about my new role and will continue to help move the organization forward. I have been fortunate to be a part of an organization that embraces change and prides itself on excellence."

George L. Clarke, who served as Vice President and General Manager of AAA Texas since 1999, is retiring after 35 years of service with AAA.
