Proceeds from CONCORSO FERRARI to benefit CHP families
WHAT: The Ferrari Club of America, Southwest Region (FCA-SW) Concorso
Ferrari, 2-day Memorial Weekend Event to benefit
11-99 Foundation.
* Saturday, May 28, 2005: FCA-SW
members-only Paramount Ranch Driving Tour. The ranch will be the end
lunch point of a scenic drive from Rancho Park through Beverly Hills,
along Pacific Coast Highway and on the Mulholland Highway through the
Santa Monica Mountains.
* Sunday, May 29, 2005: FCA-SW will host
the Exclusive Ferrari Concours event featuring over 100 rare Ferraris on
display, including the new F430. Judging will take place using 10
classes of Ferraris, including early Ferraris (some with racing
history), 50s, 60s, through the F430. Highlight of the day is the
presentment of the proceeds at 12:00 PM, resulting from an earlier
auction of a new F430 Spider to the 11-99 Foundation, a charitable
non-profit organization to provide benefits to California Highway Patrol
employees and their families.
