WHAT: Witness a Safety Belt Checkpoint in Action. On May 25, the
District of Columbia's Metropolitan Police Department will stage
a mock demonstration checkpoint, in advance of an actual
checkpoint later in the evening. This checkpoint will be one of
over 1,200 safety belt checkpoints and roving patrols taking
place in the Mid-Atlantic region on May 25.
