Subject: Resolution of Whiplash Associated Disorder Syndrome (WADS) + other Multi Functional Benefits.

Dear Sir, Ms,

1924: The International Perrot - Lockheed Patent :-

The Combined Hydraulic Footbrake & Mechanical Park-brake controls which formed the subject of the 1924 "Perrot Lockheed Patent"

This system of Motor car Braking was adopted Internationally, and has applied to the present day Virtually unaltered.

From the onset it was far from satisfactory but legally maintained by an edict which protected the International Auto industry from litigation conected to a life threatening deficit in the international Motor Car's brake fabric, thiis being two fold.

1: Until 1998, Motor cars had a very prolific tendency to Run-away unattended when left unattended on inclines causing life taking/threatening Trauma.

I claim resolving that problem without recognition because I told the auto industry How, without protectng my intelctual Property.This invention is Patent Secured:- UK of GB 2309496-B, to be changed to international status on 'Take up'

2. I have now invented Resolution to the Whiplash Associated Disorder Syndrome, but invested in Patent protection.

My whiplash Resolution results from Re-structure & Integration of the Obsolete two-wheel Mechanical Park-brake, convirting it to 4 Wheel servo assisted actuation with the current Park-brake hand lever.

Now, if & when the car is unattended, The Parkbrake is 100% mechanical, by human physical and Electromagnetic,-ElectroMagnetic-Compliant means, (EMC) The vacated vehicle will never be parked/Vacated//left parked on stored Energy and the EMC Impulse is switched of when the driver removes the ignition key from the ignition lock, after the driver has applied the Mechanical Park-brake by servo assisted enhanced application.

The whole Invention is legally compliant with all Brake Regulatioons and Statutory Obligations - Regulations complied with/exceeded.

The prototype ls fully fitted in compliance with all requirements, Comprehensively insured, in legitimate service on open international Global public roads. Acknowledged fit for use by executive staff at UK International Vehical Certification Agency Bristol England, with Comendation, "You are to be commended on your ingenuity" Passed by UK D f T, Ditto Road & Vehicle Safety Directorate Vehicle Standards & Engineering Division London.

Knowledge of the Device is in the public domain, so I would like you to broadcast it to all and sundry, internationaly if pos, To protect My International IT I have to retard detailed information on how my claims will be substantiated on receipt of International Patent, Forecast possible by UK Pat. office.

When the car is occupied and in service the EMC enhanced servo assisted Hand actuated park-brake is available at all times when the car is Mobile/Dynamic, or at rest and occupied by a legitamate driver.

It was invented specifically to apply servo assisted brake tension to all 4 wheels while the car is detaned in/on a dynamic traffic lane, maintained in enhanced application tension at all times while the car is stationary to prevent the explosive accelleration of detained cars when impacted to the rear by an unforseen dynamic impact to the rear.

This will initiate Resolution to the 81 year old life threatening trauma of the Whiplash Associated Dissorder Syndrome, FACT. There is a substantial increase in associated Benefits Plural, not immediately obvious even to Executives in the discipline of Brakes & Braking one of whom told me on the phone, "Not only will your device not work, it cannot be made to work, I am terminating all means of dialogue between us, further comunication to this offixce will be filed un tended goodbye" and this is without an investigation. I wonder what he thinks, if he thinks at all, now that he has known for some time that my invention is in legitimate service on open public roads Internatiomally?

The objective of this dialogue Is to Brake! the Deadlock between the International Auto industry refusal to consider my device fit for use to significantly reduce the 100+ dead babies per year in UK alone, + 50,000,000, international Casualties + per year due to the Specific Whiplash Associated Disorder Syndrome.

This must surley Prove that current steps to Reduce the whiplash catastrophic number of casualties with endemic casualty content continually rising, 100 % Tied to the countermeasures used to prevent the casualties are a ghastly mistake now that a PRE - EMPTIVE effect Has surfaced to prevent the onset of injuries verses the current countermeasures which cannot prevent a single casualty, they can only Mitigate the already occurred event of an injury.

I realise that my invention places the Auto industry on trhe horns of a dilemma with so many long life relied on components Proved not only obolete but containing life threatening effects.

Re- structure, Integration & synchonization of many Auto effects is long overdue, must the autoindustry take Precedence over International environmental enhancement.

Other industries have been overtaken by events, Sail was overtaken by Propulsion, Aircraft petrol engines have been overtaken by parrafin Jet Engines, Rail locomotion rapidly took to oil & Electric Traction.

When the Auto traction is overtaken by Electro magnetic impulse it would be advisable to have compatible up to date components already proved on Precedent traction.
