"Biker's Hearse." Swing Low, Sweet Chariot

BARTOW, Fla., June 30 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) wholly owned subsidiary Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. ( http://www.chariot-trailer.com/ ) today announced that it has produced its first motorcycle trailer specifically designed as a "Biker's Hearse."

Meeting the request of a third-generation family-owned funeral home in Pennsylvania, Chariot Production Manager, Kenneth McCleave, worked to the customer's specifications to produce a solid black enclosed trailer with five- foot glass viewing panels on either side. The trailer is fitted with dual rear carriage lights, dual front ornamental wreaths and will be pulled by either a Harley-Davidson or Honda Goldwing "trike."

McCleave stated, "For many bikers, riding is more than transportation and more than a weekend hobby. They are defined by their bikes. For some, it is not a lifestyle, but life itself. Recognition of this life passion has created an 'after life' opportunity. Apparently, a substantial number of inquiries have led to a new product for funeral homes and Chariot will fill another niche."

Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. is a multi-product fiberglass manufacturing operation located in Tampa, Florida. This 29-year-old company has produced the premier motorcycle trailer to the acclaim of its thousands of satisfied customers. Chariot was acquired by American Commerce Solutions, Inc. in the fall of 2003 for a combination of cash and stock. Since that time, the two most prolific selling units have been redesigned and redundant tooling has been and continues to be built to increase production capacity.

In July of 2004, Chariot acquired the assets of Tampa fiberglass job shop Affordable Fiberglass Group. These assets included tooling to produce Eagle flats boats, extended van tops for handicap vehicles and vintage car bodies for street rods, among other products. Limited use of this tooling has occurred because of the tremendous demand for the motorcycle trailer.

American Commerce Solutions, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel L. Hefner stated, "Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. is a rising star. Its potential has barely been scratched by current production. We are building on each day's success to create greater opportunity and our shareholders continue to be encouraged by the tremendous growth potential in this multi-billion dollar market segment. With the increased exposure of ACS and its subsidiaries, International Machine and Welding, Inc. and Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., to the investing public, we expect to see our share price more accurately reflect the intrinsic value of the company."
