Chrysler Rocks & Rolls on Cleveland Waterfront at Annual Chrysler Block Party Celebration

* Owner loyalty program brings full line of Chrysler brand vehicles to Cleveland for test driving experience * Golf simulators, cigar rolling clinic and food tasting demonstrations are among the exciting activities available to party goers * Live music from legendary Motown performers and fireworks extravaganza provide explosive end to all-day party

CLEVELAND, July 6 -- Chrysler Block Party, the brand's exclusive summertime owner's event, will rock and roll on July 9, 2005, at the Cleveland Waterfront near the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Great Lakes Science Center. The fun-filled Saturday event provides Chrysler owners with a full day of activities for the entire family, including a full-line test drive, thrill rides in the Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 and Chrysler 300C SRT8, a chance to see the refined 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser and 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertible, engineering roundtables, activity tents filled with everything from food sampling to masseuses, a live concert from legendary Motown performers and fireworks extravaganza.

The cost of the day-long event is $95 per Chrysler vehicle, and includes two-day admission to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, and Great Lakes Science Center. For an additional charge, party goers can experience the stunning BODY WORLDS 2: The Anatomical Exhibition of Real Human Bodies by Gunther von Hagens at the Science Center.

"When it comes to celebrating the Chrysler experience with our loyal owners, we have to bring the finer things in life to the party," said Jeff Bell, Vice President - Chrysler. "From thrilling test drive courses with some of the hottest vehicles on the road today to fine food, cigars and golf, the one day event encompasses everything the Chrysler brand represents."

The full-line test drive course will feature the Chrysler 300, Chrysler Crossfire, Chrysler Pacifica, Chrysler Sebring coupe, sedan and convertible, and Chrysler Town & Country minivan with the innovative Stow 'n Go(TM) seating and storage system. If braking and slick roads aren't enough to get hearts racing, the drag strip and thrill rides will feature two of the fastest Chrysler vehicles ever produced, the Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 and the Chrysler 300C SRT8, on specially designed courses.

Die-hard Chrysler enthusiasts can truly experience why "inspiration comes standard" at Chrysler by participating in an engineering roundtable. Chrysler engineers will listen to what consumers have to say about Chrysler vehicles and share their experiences, ideas and viewpoints about Chrysler products in a roundtable format.

Since there's more to the good life than great cars, Chrysler will offer a series of lifestyle activities for consumers. Visitors can explore with their taste buds at the on-site food and wine-tasting demonstration, take a stroll to the cigar lounge to have a hand at rolling the perfect stogie or take a swing in the Calaway golf simulator. Those that are curious about their future can receive a personalized reading from the resident numerologist. Masseuses will also be on hand to help consumers relax after a stressful week and aspiring stars will have an opportunity to have their pictures placed on the cover of a popular magazine.

In addition to the great museum and science center offerings, young Chrysler fans can visit the special kid's tent for face painting, temporary tattoos and caricature drawings.

To top off the perfect day, Block Party goers can attend the fourth annual "Block-Rockin" concert featuring The Funk Brothers. The Funk Brothers, the session musicians on more number one records than the Beatles, Beach Boys, Rolling Stones and Elvis Presley combined, will play Motown hits until the sun goes down followed by a 15-minute fireworks extravaganza over Lake Erie.

Participants who visit Financial Avenue can check out the exciting activities being offered by Chrysler Financial and Chrysler Rewards Visa(R). For those who want a chance to win great prizes, Chrysler owners can test their luck at Smarty Pants, Chrysler Financial's trivia game show. Or, if rocking and rolling is more appealing, consumers can perform on the Chrysler Financial karaoke stage.

Visitors to Financial Avenue can also apply for the Chrysler Rewards Visa card and receive a free gift. Cardholders earn valuable Rewards Points that can be converted to Dealer Dollars and used at Chrysler dealerships toward parts, service, accessories or even as the down payment on a new Chrysler vehicle. Points can also be applied toward purchases of Chrysler brand merchandise.

Chrysler Block Party is exclusively for Chrysler owners; however, owners and future owners alike can get a taste of the Chrysler experience this summer by participating in the Chrysler Inspired Drives program. The exciting test drive experience will travel to eight cities across the country, providing consumers with the opportunity to put the pedal to the metal, and experience how the full line of Chrysler vehicles tackle real-world challenges like braking and handling. Chrysler Inspired Drives will also give individuals a taste of the good life through cooking demonstrations, golf swing analysis and cigar rolling.
