Hybrid Unveils Domestic Alternative Fuel Conversion Systems Network

TAMPA, Florida--Nov. 1, 20057, 2005--Hybrid Fuel Systems, Inc., ("Hybrid" or the "Company") (OTCBB:HYFS) today announced the formation of a multi-state network of companies trained and prepared to handle conversion system installation and service. Hybrid is engaged in the automotive aftermarket through developing and commercializing systems which convert diesel and gasoline engines to operate on natural gas and propane. In order to become an authorized Hybrid installation and service center, prospective members must complete a training program at the Company's facilities as well as complete the conversion of a vehicle. Upon successful completion of training and an inspection of their converted vehicle, Hybrid designates the prospect as an authorized service and installation center.

At present, the Company has service and installation network members in the states of Alabama, Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin. Together with Company owned sites in Oklahoma and Georgia, Hybrid now has an installation and service capability in 12 states. The Company conducts training sessions on a quarterly basis and intends to expand its franchise-approach into other states during 2006.

"A challenge we faced in expanding our reach," said Hybrid CEO Mark Clancy, "was the overhead and logistics of establishing installation and service capabilities within a reasonable geographic proximity of our prospective clients. Under our partner arrangement, Hybrid will derive its revenues from the sale of systems and components and our installation and service partners will earn their fees through providing both those services. Each new service and installation partner will receive an exclusive territory and we will be very strict in protecting their franchise. During 2006, we intend to establish a sales office in each market where we have a service and installation center. For our partners, we hope this translates into a newfound revenue stream without incurring additional overhead as we intend to handle directly the sales and marketing. This network represents our commitment to the second prong of our marketing strategy: the direct sale of our technology to the consumer. We previously announced the first prong of our marketing strategy which seeks an OEM pathway to the consumer." "As we conclude 2005 and look forward to 2006, we are encouraged by the formation of our domestic, direct-sale network as a compliment to our current OEM development projects," concluded Mr. Clancy.
