Bricklin On GM Vs.Chery

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK - November 18, 2005 - Visionary Vehicles Founder and CEO Malcolm Bricklin announced today that Chery and Visionary Vehicles are moving rapidly together to clear all obstacles for a successful launch in the United States.

"The announcement today that Chery and GM reached a resolution to their legal disputes clears the way for a smoother introduction of the newly designed vehicles for the North American market," said Bricklin. "The only question that remains is what brand name Visionary Vehicles and Chery will choose for their line of automobiles that will be introduced in North America, since we have agreed not to use the Chery name here."

Bricklin also announced that next week he will be traveling with top executives and members of the Visionary Vehicles' management team to China to continue to discuss product preparation for the North American market.

Visionary Vehicles and Chery Automobile Company have a plan to eventually sell 2,000,000 units in North America with the first 1,000,000 units to be manufactured at the large, expansive Chery factory in Wuhu, China and the next (additional) 1,000,000 units to be manufactured at new Visionary Vehicles/Chery facilities in the United States.
