LAS VEGAS, Dec. 14, 2005 -- Auto buffs of the muscle car era, led by the HEMI(R)-powered 1969 Dodge Charger, are invited to attend a "Chargin' For Charity" event and purchase raffle tickets at $100 per ticket for a chance to win this classic car.

The event will be held Saturday, December 17, 2005 at the Exotic Cars Showroom in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, 5-6:30 p.m. The winning raffle ticket will be selected in a drawing during the event. In addition, live entertainment and a silent auction will add to the festivities. Attendance is free. All proceeds will benefit the Las Vegas Lili Claire Family Resource Center.

"The great thing about our partnership with the Lili Claire Foundation is our ability to give back to the community," said Jeffrey A. Blevins, Regional Dealer Services Manager - West Business Center for DaimlerChrysler Services. "We are happy to support Lili Claire Family Resource Center in their mission of providing comfort for families in need." Chrysler Group and Chrysler Financial's West Business Center also donated a new 2006 Dodge Charger that was auctioned during The Lili Claire Foundation's Eighth Annual Benefit Dinner, hosted by Matthew Perry in October of this year at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The Lili Claire Foundation was founded in 1998 by casting director Leslie Litt-Resnick and her husband, producer, Keith Resnick when their daughter, Lili Claire, died of heart complications related to Williams syndrome. Williams syndrome is a neurogenetic birth defect resulting in serious physical problems as well as severe to moderate retardation. The mission of The Lili Claire Foundation is to provide a happy, productive, fully integrated life for individuals living with Williams syndrome and other neurogenetic birth defects such as Down Syndrome and autism. The family resource centers at UNLV, School of Medicine, UCLA and Vanderbilt University, provide hope and resources for families who love them.
