Biofriendly Appoints Cynthia L. Morphew Regional Vice President

MONROVIA, Calif.--Jan. 5, 2006--Biofriendly Corporation announced today that Cynthia L. Morphew is joining the company as Regional Vice President with responsibilities for Texas and the Southern Region of the United States. Cindy will be joining Biofriendly after serving 13 years as Vice President for Environmental Affairs for the Texas Oil and Gas Association (TxOGA). Cindy has enjoyed a successful career with TxOGA, representing all aspects of the oil and gas industry before Texas' regulatory agencies, the Texas Legislature, and the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.

Most recently the Governor of Texas Rick Perry utilized her talents when he designated Ms. Morphew as his Statewide Fuel Coordinator during Hurricane Rita.

Morphew also has a background in state government having served 10 years with then Texas State Comptroller Bob Bullock from 1980-1990 where she held a variety of positions in Research and Revenue Estimating. She also served a stint between 1991 and 1993 with the Texas Air Control Board with a focus on mobile source emission reductions.

"We're very pleased to have someone the caliber of Cindy joining Biofriendly. She will be invaluable in the support of our customers and the state as they continue to deploy Green Plus to meet the new Texas Low Emission Diesel requirements," remarked Robert Carroll, Chairman and CEO of Biofriendly Corporation. "Cindy has an attitude Texans often refer to as 'GIT 'R DONE!' and she will bring that attitude to work for Biofriendly," added Jim D'Arezzo, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing to whom Ms. Morphew will report.

About Biofriendly Corporation and Green Plus

Biofriendly's Green Plus(R) diesel fuel enhancer has been approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as an emission reduction solution for both on-road and off-road diesel fuel use. This means that on-road trucks, off-road construction equipment, school buses, locomotives, and marine vessels that use diesel fuel in the 110 counties in Texas designated by the U.S. EPA as non-attainment areas (areas which have consistently surpassed the ozone and other air pollution levels) may use fuel treated with Green Plus to meet the new Texas Low Emission Diesel (TxLED) law that went into effect November 1, 2005.

Under development for over 10 years, Green Plus is a product that employs nanotechnology (working at the molecular level) to achieve a breakthrough combination of reduced emissions and improved fuel economy. Green Plus is added in very small quantities to fuel in order to create a more complete, cooler and more linear burn. The product has undergone rigorous testing in the United States and Europe, and has over 1 billion miles of on-road/on-ocean use. Green Plus is now available commercially worldwide.

Biofriendly Corporation has introduced Green Plus, the world's most effective solution for significantly improving fuel economy and reducing harmful emissions. Green Plus is designed for use in diesel, gasoline and other hydrocarbon-based fuels. This patent-pending product was invented by the same innovators who created Vortoil, the award-winning oil-water separator for offshore oil production.
