Mid-Ohio Adds Motorcycle Instruction

                    TRUESPORTS EXPANDS MOTORCYCLE ACTIVITIES
WITH LAUNCH OF THE MID-OHIO MOTORCYCLE RIDING SCHOOL

SCHOOL TO DEBUT AT MID-OHIO SPORTS CAR
COURSE THIS SPRING

DUBLIN, Ohio (January 26, 2006) – The Mid-Ohio School, the high-performance
driving firm owned and operated by TrueSports, Inc., will add motorcycle
riding instruction to its diverse curriculum when it launches The Mid-Ohio
Motorcycle Riding School in April.

The Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School, based at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course
in Lexington, Ohio, will be a division of The Mid-Ohio School and offer the
most comprehensive variety of motorcycle activities in the United States.
The curriculums will include Motorcycle Safety Foundation® courses for
Beginning and Experienced riders, as well as Advanced Cornering and
Performance Track Riding programs.

The addition of motorcycling instruction will make The Mid-Ohio School the
first motorsports school of its kind in the country offering both riding and
driving programs.

“This is a move we’ve been planning for quite a while, and the growth in
motorcycle sales and the rising demand for quality riding instruction made
the timing right,” said TrueSports President Michelle Trueman Gajoch. “The
Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School is one more element in a larger strategy
for TrueSports, Inc. to make Mid-Ohio a comprehensive training facility
appealing to both two- and four-wheeled audiences.”

The Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School will be operated in partnership with
Motorcycle Riding School (based in Chicago, Ill.) and Sportbike Track Time
(headquartered in Delta, Ohio), two of the country’s premier rider
instruction firms.

Enrollment will be available through The Mid-Ohio School’s toll-free number
(1-877-793-8667) and web site (www.midohio.com), and programs will be
affordably priced from $185 to $295.

To facilitate The Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School and other motorcycling
programs and events, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course has undergone a complete
track and pit lane resurfacing since the end of the 2005 season. Other
capital improvements for 2006 will include safety upgrades, new track
connectors and the completion of an amateur motocross venue.

“Our goal is to be the premier racing and riding facility in the country,”
said Trueman Gajoch. “With the creation of The Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding
School and the completion of these track improvements, we’re well on our
way.”

Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, TrueSports, Inc. is a
