Cadillac Provides Stylin' Rides for the 48th Annual GRAMMY(R) Awards

Music Industry-Inspired 2007 Escalades are the Highlight of the GRAMMY Fleet

LOS ANGELES--Feb. 1, 2006--Just in time for the music industry's biggest party, Cadillac has partnered with The Recording Academy(R) to provide the "ride of choice" for the 48th Annual GRAMMY(R) Awards on Wednesday, February 8. The fleet of 120 limited-edition GRAMMY Escalades marks the second consecutive year that Cadillac has been chosen as the "official vehicle" of the GRAMMY Awards.

The highlight of this year's fleet will be the all-new 2007 Escalades, featuring a fresh new design that was inspired by music and entertainment industry trendsetters. The newly launched 2007 Escalade has been thoroughly upgraded with dramatic exterior design, higher performance features and a distinctive, luxury interior. In addition, the 2007 Escalades will be emblazoned with distinctive GRAMMY badging.

The new GRAMMY fleet will also include stylishly upfitted 2006 Cadillac Escalade ESVs that will feature aftermarket equipment packages consisting of exterior GRAMMY badging, unique mesh grill and embroidered floor mats. In addition, the vehicles will sport 20-inch aluminum wheels, rear seat entertainment package, XM Satellite Radio, sunroof, navigation system and OnStar. Each vehicle will come with a commemorative plaque and a GRAMMY key chain.

The GRAMMY Escalade Fleet will be used to transport GRAMMY presenters, performers, artists and VIPs to events throughout GRAMMY Week and to the 48th Annual GRAMMY Awards telecast on February 8. Following the telecast, the 2006 GRAMMY Escalade ESVs will be available for sale at local Cadillac dealerships throughout Southern California.

The 48th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles. The show will be broadcast live on the CBS Television Network at 8pm ET/PT, and will be supported on radio via Westwood One worldwide, with coverage of the broadcast on XM Satellite Radio, and covered on the Internet at www.grammy.yahoo.com.
