PALM BEACH, Fla.--March 15, 2006--A total of 70 collector Corvettes will be auctioned at No Reserve during the Fourth Annual Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach "World's Greatest Car Collector Event" at the South Florida Expo Center. Models ranging from 1950s NCRS Top Flight-winning convertibles to contemporary Corvette pace cars will cross the auction block during the three-day auction Thursday, March 30 through Saturday, April 1. SPEED will provide television coverage of the lifestyle event.

"The selection of Corvettes available at No Reserve in Palm Beach includes many of the most coveted models ever built," commented Craig Jackson, president and CEO of the Barrett-Jackson Auction Company. "Consignors are offering some of the finest specimens from every decade since the Corvette was introduced. Each is a spectacular representation of America's sports car that would be a fine jewel in any collection."

One notable car being auctioned is a NCRS Top Flight-winning white 1954 Corvette convertible with matching numbers and a 235 c.i.d. Blue Flame 6-cylinder engine mated to an automatic transmission. This immaculate example is the recent recipient of a complete frame-off restoration that brought it up to near perfect specifications.

"Corvette enthusiasts have a deep passion that drives them to our Palm Beach event, where they can see a spectacular display of their favorite cars each year," Jackson added. "They always bring an energy to our event that remains unmatched by few other enthusiasts. From customs to prestigious show winners, there will be something for everyone who loves Corvettes."
