CARB Level 2 Diesel Particulate Reactor(TM) & TempMax(TM) Demonstrated on School Bus Fleet

CONCORD, Ontario--July 5, 2006--Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW) announced today the release of a report by M.J. Bradley & Associates, Inc. (MJB&A) documenting the retrofit of 44 school buses operated by Camptown Bus Lines, a Newark, New Jersey School Bus fleet operator with ESW's proprietary California Air Resources Board (CARB) Level II verified Diesel Particulate Reactor(TM). The report documents installation and emission testing performance of the Particulate Reactor(TM) from project initiation in 2004 to its completion in 2006 and is available at the MJB&A website. http://www.mjbradley.com/reports.htm

ESW's Particulate Reactor(TM), the World's first CARB verified Level II diesel emissions reduction technology, was selected for this retrofit project in Newark, funded collaboratively by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Public Service Enterprise Group Companies. ESW's Particulate Reactor(TM) was installed as a direct fit replacement unit for the existing Original Equipment Manufactures muffler on vehicles ranging from model years 1993 through 2002. The installed Particulate Reactor(TM) maintained the original muffler location and size, permitting a direct, bolt-on application.

In addition, many of the buses were also retrofitted with TempMax(TM) Insulated Exhaust Tube-Catalyst Enabling Technology. The TempMax(TM) is a proprietary technology designed and manufactured by ESW in cooperation with International Truck and Engine Corporation (International(R)). The TempMax(TM), marketed by International(R), is a direct replacement of the turbo down pipe. This new product is designed to deliver maximum heat energy to the control technology with minimal temperature loss. Since the first installation in September 2004, the Particulate Reactors(TM) have completed nearly two years of maintenance free operation on 44 buses with no operational problems attributed to the retrofit devices.

"The project team is very pleased with the performance of the ESW products and ESW's role in ensuring that measurable and durable emission reductions are achieved as a result of this project," noted MJB&A Project Manager Paul Moynihan.

"ESW continues to work toward becoming a leading edge catalyst manufacturer and support technologies supplier. In doing so, we continue to attract organizations such as MJB&A to participate and demonstrate technology installations like those at Camptown Bus Lines," remarked David J. Johnson, ESW's President and CEO. "We are very excited that we were chosen as the catalyst company for this school bus application. As other school bus districts and operators consider their options for solving their diesel engine emissions, we expect ESW catalyst products and support technologies will play an important role in helping to fulfill the vision of the EPA's clean school bus program."
