Sports Car Company Offers Investment Opportunity for Future Growth

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 5 -- As a manufacturer of high-end sports cars, Fisker Coachbuild is raising additional capital in order to increase its product portfolio. The next step in Fisker's future is for a purpose built chassis which will allow the company to enter yet another competitive price segment -- $100,000, with a production level to reach 400 cars per year. In doing so, Fisker Coachbuild continues to fill a niche in order to meet growing demand.

Funds will be directly targeted to develop the dealer network and to pull forward the expansion of future sports car design programs. Following the successful delivery of the first Tramontos, the company's flagship two-seat sports car (price range $234,000 - $315,000) with 150 to be produced globally, the company will soon announce the next phase of development. The 2007 Geneva International Auto Show will be the stage for a world debut of the next exciting sports car.

Fisker Coachbuild has already established a strong figure in the luxury marketplace, with customers and media alike. GQ Magazine calls the Tramonto, "Stunning." Robb Report Magazine named the Fisker Tramonto one of the 2006 Cars of the Year. Motor Trend referred to the Tramonto as a "Runway Model" and rated it as one of the "Top 10 Rarest Grooves." While the European press at Auto Motor und Sport say, "Fisker offers Rodeo Drive emotion and driving adventure."

The founders created a company defined by a common goal: to design and build sports cars without compromise. To bring those designs to life, the company utilizes a new and unique streamlined development process which is proven to deliver efficiency through time and expenditure. Not only does Fisker Coachbuild design cars, the company also utilizes the industrial design talents of namesake Henrik Fisker (designer of BMW Z8, Aston Martin DB9 & V8 Vantage) to create signature product designs for other companies.

Fisker Coachbuild is a privately owned company with the majority held by the founders Henrik Fisker and Bernhard Koehler. Initial financial support was received through a group of international investors. Just as Fisker Coachbuild caters to customer needs and desires, the company can cater to objectives of different investors as well.
