Rhino Off-Road RTV Hits Top 10 List for Auto Trends of 2006

TORRANCE, Calif.--Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (OTCBB: RHOI), a development company that consolidates and operates outdoor activity based businesses and its wholly owned subsidiary Rhino Off-Road Industries, Inc., the manufacturer of the Rhino Off-Road RTV® are excited to announce that the RTV has been identified as One of the ten hottest trends from the 2006 SEMA Show. The SEMA show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. This years show introduced over 2,000 new products to over 100,000 attendees from 100 countries around the world.

The article will be reprinted in the January New Products Issue of SEMA News which will be mailed to 100,000 automotive industry leaders. Quoting from the article:

"The Rhino Off-road RTV stole the show for innovative new off-road
products. Gizmag.com called it "somewhere between a monster truck
    and a lightweight high-spec, space-framed racing 4x4 with a
liberal helping of mountain goat thrown in." The article
continued, "... the Rhino Off-road RTV is a rugged tube-frame
chassis powered by a 2.0-liter Honda engine and 'offers unique
capabilities to law enforcement agencies, park services, ranchers
and other businesses working in outdoor, off-highway
environments,' Gizmag.com continued. "We suspect it will always
remain a primarily recreational vehicle for the adventurous at
heart. Add on equipment racks, trailers, winches, GPS systems,
emergency lights, radios and canvas tops, and the RTV can be
transformed into a workhorse utility vehicle."

We are jubilant about the recognition that the Rough Terrain Vehicle is receiving from the automotive industry, and honored by the top 10 designation from the leading trade organization SEMA, stated Howard Pearl, President of ROI. Our mission in developing the RTV was to produce a safe and versatile vehicle that could be utilized in all areas of off-road use whether its rock crawling, trail riding, or riding the dunes with the family. At SEMA this year, we introduced the Search & Rescue RTV the first of our hardworking utility models and it was eagerly received by the many emergency use agencies that are looking for off-road vehicle to meet their special needs.

ROI recently announced plans for production of the RTV in China with Hebei Star Industrial Company LTD. The company looks forward to delivery of the product in 2007 and is actively developing a distributor network in North America and internationally.
