Oxlo Systems Integrates Chrysler Financial's AutOrigination(TM) to Dealer System Providers

Chrysler Financial Joins the Oxlo Dealer Integration Network to Expedite Their Comprehensive Contract Verification System

BROOMFIELD, Colo. and FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Jan. 22 -- Oxlo Systems Inc., the operator of the leading Dealer Integration Network, and Chrysler Financial announce an agreement for Oxlo to provide Chrysler Financial with integration services for their, new STAR compliant, AutOrigination(TM) to dealer system providers (DSP), such as DMS and F&I application vendors. AutOrigination is Chrysler Financial's contract verification system that electronically submits all documentation necessary for originating an automotive customer contract, so it is accurate at the point-of-sale.

"Oxlo's integration services provided a path for rolling out AutOrigination to our extended Chrysler, Jeep(R) and Dodge dealer service provider network," said Kelly Mankin, Vice President -- Chrysler Brands Marketing for DaimlerChrysler Financial Services. "Chrysler Financial will leverage the Oxlo integration network for the management of our real-time, industry leading technology AutOrigination. Our technology validates 250 points per contract ensuring a positive dealer experience by virtually eliminating contract errors and significantly increasing customer satisfaction in the F&I office," added Mankin.

Oxlo will manage dealer system integration, including certification on behalf of Chrysler Financial, as well as manage the on-going network transactions between a portion of dealers' systems and Chrysler Financial's technology system. Providing integration of AutOrigination into the existing dealer applications will streamline the loan origination process by directly populating required data fields, enabling dealers to work within the familiar environment of their existing software applications, and electronically submitting the documents over a real-time network.

"Our keen focus on business process integration has enabled Oxlo to deliver on its mission of improving operations for both dealers and their business partners," said Jim Lejeal, CEO of Oxlo Systems. "Winning Chrysler Financial's confidence to play a key role in helping to bring AutOrigination to their extended dealer service provider network is another step toward that vision," added Lejeal.

The agreement with Chrysler Financial represents, not only a new integrated business process, but also a new business partner joining the Oxlo network.
