Eight Schools Re-Branded as 'Lincoln College of Technology;' 21 as 'Lincoln Technical Institute'

WEST ORANGE, N.J., Feb. 27 -- Lincoln Educational Services Corporation ("Lincoln") today announced that it has completed the nationwide re-branding initiative to consolidate 29 of its 37 campuses under the Lincoln banner. Originally expected to be completed by the end of 2007, re-branding efforts have concluded 12 months ahead of plan with a total of eight campuses now operating as "Lincoln College of Technology" and 21 campuses as "Lincoln Technical Institute."

Lincoln's re-branding initiative, which began in July of 2006, presents a more powerful, unified image of Lincoln schools to its constituents, focuses resources on continued growth and more effectively integrates the company's online and on-ground educational offerings. With a 60-plus-year history, Lincoln is moving to capitalize on its legacy and track record of world-class career education offerings and impressive job placement rates.

"This re-branding initiative supports our goal of becoming a nationally recognized leader in the post-secondary education industry," said David Carney, Chairman and C.E.O. of Lincoln Educational Services. "We have grown considerably during the past few years and our schools were identified by multiple brands. The consolidation to the Lincoln brand name has gone smoothly, and we are now able to promote a stronger image to students to further grow the value of our brand equity. Moreover, fewer brands will simplify our ability to market more efficiently and leverage our marketing dollars."

The company's online education offering also bears the Lincoln College of Technology brand. The schools being re-branded as "Lincoln College of Technology" are located in states where the company offers degree granting and where the use of the term "college" is legally permitted. Campuses that do not meet these stated criteria are being re-branded as "Lincoln Technical Institute." Excluded from the re-branding program are the company's Nashville Auto Diesel College, Lincoln's Southwestern College campuses, and its two Euphoria Institutes.
