Plug In Hybrid Truck Partnership

HAUPPAUGE, New York, April 2, 2007 – Odyne Corporation (OTCBB: ODYC), the leading developer of advanced Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) technology for trucks and buses, and FAB Holdings, a system integrator and service provider for alternative fuel storage vehicles, today announced a strategic sales and marketing alliance.

Under the agreement, FAB Holdings will have exclusive rights to distribute and install Odyne’s propulsion systems in California, Nevada and Arizona. FAB will also repair and maintain Odyne’s propulsion systems for Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
