Fisker Automotive Appoints Vic Doolan to Drive the Retail Future & to Become a Member of the Board

IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 19, 2007 -- Fisker Automotive, Inc. -- the green American premium car company, appoints senior automotive industry executive Vic Doolan to lead the charge in global retail development. Doolan will provide strategic counsel and input to the retail practice of Fisker Automotives overall growth objectives.

Vic Doolan's impressive automotive industry track record spans some 38 years and includes senior executive positions with BMW, Volvo and the Premier Automotive Group. Doolan developed and implemented winning strategies as President, BMW North America. More recently, Doolan led Volvo to record sales in the US and Mexico during his three year tenure as President, Volvo Cars North America. Doolan also currently holds positions as the Non-executive Chairman of Courtland Automotive Practice (USA) LLP and Non-executive Director of Sonic Automotive. He is also a Director of ZAG Inc. and Blue Fire Ethanol Inc.

The joint venture announced in September between Quantum Technologies (QTWW) and Fisker Coachbuild, LLC will feature beautifully designed premium automobiles with cutting-edge plug-in hybrid technology known as Quantum Hybrid. The first car will be showcased at the January 2008 Detroit Auto Show.
