Clinton Climate Initiative Partners with Volvo to Promote Environmental Alternatives - VIDEO STORY

STOCKHOLM - December 5, 2007: Former US President Bill Clinton's Climate Initiative (CCI) has chosen Volvo as its partner to promote the use of hybrid buses and Bus Rapide Transit (BRT) to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. CCI, through its partnership with the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, will apply its knowledge and contacts in 40 of the world's largest cities to show the potential hybrid technology and the BRT system have on the environment . For the past three days representatives of the 40 cities have been meeting in London to discuss solutions to the climate impact from transports.
