Renault Grand Modus

PARIS - December 19, 2007: Having sold more than 395,000 units of its Modus since its launch in 2004, Renault invested €110 million in Grand Modus and New Modus, the two new complementary models of Renault’s B-segment. Based on the Renault- and Nissan-shared B platform, the two models will be produced in Valladolid, Spain. New Modus and Grand Modus feature six different engines, five of which emit less than 140g of CO2/km and meet the Renault ‘eco2’ requirements. Unveiled at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor show, Clio Sport Tourer is the estate-car version of the Clio III and is designed to help Renault strengthen its position in Segment B. New Modus, Grand Modus and Clio Sport Tourer will be available from December 21 in Italy and across the rest of Western Europe in January and February 2008.
