Nissan, Dongfeng Establish Auto Financing Firm in China

TOKYO January 10, 2008; Japan Today reported that Nisan Motor Co and Dongfeng Motor Group Co of China said Wednesday they have jointly established an auto financing company in Shanghai to provide auto loans for Nissan and Infiniti customers as well as inventory financing for dealers of both brands in China.

The newly inaugurated auto financing firm, Dongfeng Nissan Auto Finance Co, was established in October 2007 with a capital of $68.7 million or 7.5 billion yen.
