Mesa, Arizona May 08, 2008-GarageTown USA is celebrating the sale of its 200th garage condo unit in Arizona. Launched in August 2007, the company opened it’s first of five Arizona developments in Chandler’s Stellar Airpark. “We were amazed at how quickly people took to the idea of purchasing a garage condo here in Arizona” recalls Stephanie McDaniel, Director of Sales and Marketing for GarageTown USA Arizona.

Mike McDaniel, a partner in the Arizona company notes, “Investors have purchased from one to six units each at the completed location in Chandler as well as in developments about to break ground in early summer”. GarageTown USA AZ offers private garages with 16’ ceilings and up to 2,000 sq ft of usable interior space that owners have found an excellent way to protect their valuable classic cars, RV’s, boats, trailers and recreational toys. “On the weekend, many of the owners have their door open and don’t mind if other owners take a peek at their shiny cars and other collectibles. In fact, they encourage it” remarks Stefanie. Word is spreading fast as owners share their stories of getting cars out of the driveway and off the street and being able to work in a secure environment where children can’t accidentally harm vehicles while innocently playing. Women note they enjoy helping their husbands design and decorate the garages and most are happy to reclaim the household garage for commuter cars.

GarageTown USA AZ now sets sights on reaching the ultimate goal of selling all 540 units that encompass the existing Stellar Park location in Chandler, a second location in Chandler along with sites in Avondale, Mesa and North Scottsdale.
