Nancy Gioia, Sustainable Mobility Technologies & Hybrid Vehicles Programs, Ford Motor Company gives an overview of the Ford Hybrid fleet and it's plans for the future.

Nancy Lee Gioia is Ford Motor Company's director of Sustainable Mobility Technologies and Hybrid Vehicle Programs. Appointed to this position Nov. 1, 2005, she is leading efforts develop and implement Ford's current and next generation of sustainable products – including today's Ford Escape Hybrid and Mercury Mariner Hybrid.

In addition, Gioia oversees research, development and ultimately deployment of other sustainable mobility technologies such as hydrogen internal combustion engines and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
