The 1/14 RS Design as an Elegant Problem Solver Powerful wheels need a powerful design. The aim of the Carlsson engineers with the 1/14 RS was to develop a lightweight yet very strong sport wheel.

Advantages of the Spoke Design The multi-spoke design of the 1/14 RS wheel is the perfect solution for weight optimization. The acceleration, deceleration, and side load stresses to the wheel are optimally led into the wheel spider by the uniform distribution of the fourteen spokes. In this way an overbuilt wall thickness can be avoided, resulting in a lighter weight wheel. Another important benefit is the excellent brake ventilation, which results in improved braking characteristics.

The Carlsson 1/14 RS is available in 19” x 8.5” and 9.5” for the Mercedes C Class (W204), SLK, CLS, E Class and CLK models.
