Statement From Trent Cornell, Stahl Cowen Crowley Addis LLC, Chicago, NCRO Attorney: National Chrysler Retirement Organization (NCRO) Bankruptcy Court Decisions of Motion - May 14, 2009

CHICAGO, May 14, 2009 -- "We are gratified that Chrysler LLC has acknowledged the obligation to its 19,000 salaried (non-union) retirees and their families by agreeing to move their pension and retiree benefit obligations over to the New Company, as the company's attorneys set forth in front of Judge Gonzalez today (May 14, 2009).

"Because of this assurance, there is no reason to form a Retiree Committee under Section 1114 of the Bankruptcy Code, as we sought on behalf of the National Chrysler Retirement Organization (NCRO) last week. We look forward to working with Chrysler as it adjusts the wording on retiree obligations in its sales documents to include salaried retirees."
